Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party. An emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the products and services offered by the company.
The information on this website is provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this company excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the company’s literature and excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage caused by computer, computer software, direct or indirect consequential and incidental damages
The company accepts credit card payments only. The client agrees to pay all fees charged to your account based on the companys fee structure presented at sign-up. The client may be responsible for paying taxes. All payments will be charged prior to item shipment. If the clients credit card cannot be charged, the company may either suspend or terminate the clients account. The company uses third party payment services to store and charge credit card data. The company is not responsible for the distribution of the clients credit card information.
The company will automatically renew the clients membership monthly, as authorized by the client during sign up. The client may cancel the services at any time.
The date of shipment will occur prior to the last day of the billing month. All shipments will be made of by either standard or first class USPS mail.
The client will be entitled to a refund, for any reason, for the amount paid for the most recent month of service. Refunds may be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org . Refunds must be requested with-in 30 days of shipment. Refunds for gifting commitments must be requested with-in 60 days of commitment date. The client holds the option to receive a change in size or outright refund.
(1)Reoccurring orders are processed during the first week of the month.
(2)New accounts are processed the week of opening, with the exception of an account opened during the last full week of the month.
(3)If an account is opened during the last full week of the month, the first order will be processed during the first week of the following month.
Product pricing will be displayed at www.buttonupamonth.com. The company reserves the right to change product prices.
Member of Button Up A Month will be rewarded 100 ButtonBucks for the purchase of a shirt. Additionally, members will be rewarded 200 point for each new member they refer to Button Up A Month. The referring member be rewarded 200 ButtonBucks after the new member purchases two shirts. ButtonBucks have no cash value.
ButtonBucks is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at the Company's discretion, with or without notice. Members must remain active in at Button Up A Month to retain ButtonBucks they accumulate. If a member is not active for 24 months, that may forfeit accumulated ButtonBucks.
